Design & Product Development

The design process from initial sketch concepts to product development has been closely monitored. All the steps of design process and approvals are supervised by our design team to ensure your product design specifications are met.

We follow following  stages of design and product development.

– Design development process followed though design specifications, Sketches, tech packs.

-Selection of right vendor as per the design and product specifications.

– Follow up of sample with the vendor so that your design details have been followed.

-Sample sent for comments and approval for production

Quality Control

Once the quality is approved by you and we make sure it is always followed in of your all products. Our quality team conducts inspections on your behalf on every stage of sampling and production. All the quality checks have been done before the shipment is being shipped.

We often have clients who only want inspection services for quality control and inspection of shipments where they do not any other services offered by us. We provide a quality control package that ensures all the compliance and quality control measures are according to your requirements.

Compliance

All the factories that we work with are all complaint and are audited timely. We make sure that along with social and legal compliance, the health and welfare of vendor workforce has also been also taken care off by the vendors.

Compliance audits are done to overview and regulate legal and social compliances.  All the necessary steps are taken place time to time to make sure that all the vendor and their factories are following compliance and ethical code of conduct in their manufacturing process.

We ensure all the communications required in planning and execution of getting the goods from the point of origin to delivery destination.
